Does anyone have an inkling where I might get a custom cut out 1U panel?

I want 3 XLR holes at one end and a C13/14 dual in/out at the other.

It might be simpler and cheaper to by a standard 16 hole 1U panel, populate the holes you need with the required connectors and fit blanking panels to the unused ones.

Or get a standard three hole one and cut my own power outlet hole.

If only the three hole ones at the holes grouped at the end rather than in the middle.

Cheapest to do it yourself with a step drill...

Otherwise I have used both Andolite and Bryant to do custom panels.

Might be late to the party, but if you want to do it with off the shelf parts yourself and spare the expense of custom, you could use Neutrik Powercon rather than C13, then you can get everything in standard D-type panel mounts, with the added bonus of a power connector that can't be accidentally whipped out of your rack.
