Great service from Andertons

I have a bit of a problem with the tuner/ preamp on my Ovation Electro acoustic geeetar. I emailed a number of companies for support. Head and shoulders above the others (including Ovation themselves) was Andertons who don't stock the part I needed but their rep went to the trouble of identifying the correct part and a stockist.

Not bad considering that I won't be giving them any money.
