wateroftyne Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 Hi folks Recently, my EBS MicroBass II has developed a bit of an intermittent fault, which EBS' wonderful support people couldn't resolve. It's an essential bit of my kit, so I was a little bit frantic. I spoke to the Bass Gallery, who i bought it from a few months ago, and they told me if I wanted a quick turnaround I'd have to get in touch with the distributor. A little bit disappointing, but... there you go. Anyway, I got in touch with Bernie at GB (the distributor) who is by all accounts a top man. He was horrified that it had a fault, and asked me to return it, which I did. As soon as he received it, he sent me out a brand-new replacement overnight, free of charge. Cheers, Bernie! Quote
