I checked the serial number on this site and it tells you where it was built...... https://www.guitarinsite.nl/serienummers-epiphone_eng.php I'm not sure about other runs, but I think the Peerless ones start with an R. 1 Quote

My original gold one, god I miss it. Sold it to @Etienne - I do wonder who has it now, did a lot with that bass and only sold it because of financial woes with my ex. Anyhow, the replacement is a beauty, absolutely a dream. Changed the Bridge because although I never personally had any issues - I repaired a lot of JC bridge mishaps as an epiphone dealer from 2003-2014. I also changed the knobs as the colour seemed to suit the Amber top hats more. And while I’m yet to try in anger, acoustically and on recordings - the Babicz has made a difference. 3 Quote

Love the Pelham blue! Am considering putting a lefty on order. A few issues though... All the issues mentioned in this thread, plus I've never tried one, and you can order one but the retailers have zero clue when Gibson/ Epiphone will deliver to them. So I could put down a deposit now and wait. And wait. And wait. I'm not very good at waiting. Quote
