Stonehenge
Hi there. I’m in the process of selling my DB 680 preamp but I’ve been in hospital recently and I need to source the screw in cap for the slo-blo fuse which has somehow gone missing. Can anybody help me find a replacement cap, the fuse is .5 amp, . Any advice would be great. Steve.
JapanAxe
The caps are not sold separately, they come with the fuse holder body. I suggest buying 2 or 3 different ones from eBay. If the cap fits... you’re golden!

Hi Steve, I would email Aguilar Support at [email protected] and ask them to confirm the part number for the fuse holder body for you. Email them a photo of the socket showing the missing cap, just in case. They may provide an American part number, but it should be easy enough to find a UK equivalent. Once you have that part number, you should be able to order it from an electronics parts supplier such as Mouser or RS. Compare to photos of your amp’s rear panel and look for a visual match.
