Warm Up and Technical Practice Routine

Hi everybody, I have opened a new section of my site dedicated to double bass lessons and I want to share it with you.
www.ferdinandoromano.com/lessons

This space wants to build itself as a blog whose main intent is to share my technical and philosophical approach to double bass and improvisation, as well as my reflections. I hope that it can be a good starting point or a reason of growth for beginners as a source of new inspiration for more advanced musicians.
The first post is about Warm Up and a series of exercises that I prefer to warm the body and mind when approaching the instrument and to keep the technique trained.

The lesson is available also for download.
Feedback, advice and suggestions are welcome!

"And then the supreme and ultimate thing happens: art becomes artless, shooting a non-throw, a shot without bow or arrow; the teacher becomes a pupil again, the teacher a beginner, the end a beginning and the beginning a completion".
