MoonBassAlpha
Hi Ian I've a friend selling one of these for £350, not in as tidy condition, but the Preamp has the valve stage and dual band compressor. Even at £300, there was no interest on this board (other than kind words about how good these amps are!) It's a lot of amp for hardly any money. Good luck pitching your sale. Galilee
There's a lot of interest (from me at least) but no money to spare (from me at least). Good luck.
Thornybank
These are great sounding, reliable (until the pre/amp coupler lets go) and add value to any practice room. I've sold 3 in the last year and a bit. The only one to compare for popularity of sound is the Series 6 with horn - suits th ebippy brigade. But the Mark V beats it for grinding under a detuned gtr. Why not swap it to a rooms/studio for 40hrs rehearsal time? Then sell the hours to yer mates (heh heh).
doctor_of_the_bass
Just to add, this combo has the later issue speaker cones (must have been upgraded at some point); plus it appears the EQ push button switches are missing. However, these amps were amongst the best Trace ever made - has to be worth at least £200 I would have said!
