EBS and Rockboard flat patch cables - anyone compared them?

Looking to use these on my new board and not sure which to go for.  Any suggestions?  They'll be coming out of the back of a Boss MS-3, and ideally I'd like them to have the cable routed straight down out of the jack socket, so the size of the plastic jack casing is important.

Anyone tried both?

The EBS ones seem slighty more sturdy but there's not much in it. Both suffer from the same issue of having poor shielding around the plugs though, so in certain rooms they can be a major contributor to noise. I went back to cables with full metal plugs, as I had too much buzzing practicing at home with a dimmer switch on in the room with the flat cables.

I've been using the EBS flat cables for about 18 months now with no issues.  I also use the EBS flat daisy chain as I use 2 MXR pedals and the flat right angle plugs mean you can still place them close together.

Can't answer I'm afraid as I've not used the Rockboard ones. I can say EBS are expensive but very good. Space saving and reliable.

Best bang for buck I've used are branded Donner, but the plugs are a little bulkier than EBS.
