lowregisterhead
Not really. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Wal-Type-Fretless-Bass/164510499267 Edited November 16, 2020 by lowregisterhead
yorks5stringer
Luthier built, but I'm thinking with a mahogany body and that body shape the headstock will be heading downwards...
alyctes
Um. I'm a bit suspicious of this: "I have seen the same pickup branded di marzio". How would he know it was the same? And "branded" suggests he's not entirely sure either.
Hellzero
The pickup is a Schaller 232 Bassbucker from the 80's. 😉

Has he changed the post? It claims the body's walnut? I don't know what effect that would have, not being up on my woods (oo-err missus!). IIRC walnut is less dense that mahogany which would make it dive more. Is that right?

Maybe we are all just reading it wrong, and he actually just left an L out of wal type - Wall type - ie, leaning against a wall.
