Shaggy Posted November 27, 2020 Posted November 27, 2020 Lush - the best Gibson paint colours IMHO, should have done ages ago...... Quote

BigRedX Posted November 27, 2020 Posted November 27, 2020 So the two "blue" ones are supposed to be the same colour? Which is closest to the real thing? I like the second version and would be mightily disappointed if it turned up looking more like the first. Quote

That red in the CME picture looks lush too. Quote
Jonesy Posted November 27, 2020 Posted November 27, 2020 That Pelham Blue one is gorgeous, one of my fave Gibson colours 1 Quote
spyder Posted November 27, 2020 Posted November 27, 2020 I need one to go with my Silver Burst. Red or Blue? Quote
Chiliwailer Posted November 27, 2020 Posted November 27, 2020 Love my PB SG guitar, but that red looks gorgeous Quote

skej21 Posted November 28, 2020 Posted November 28, 2020 Red with cream plastics would be amazing. No idea why they’ve opted for white! 1 Quote

I’m not sure on that - I reckon it’ll be parchment/cream. The proof will be suing them in the flesh. Which I fear would see me with 2 jack casady basses in funky colours. Quote

I’d say neither of those pictures is accurate to what the Gibson/Epiphone Pelham Blue finishes normally look like in the flesh. Think it was “TV Pelham blue” where you could see the grain under the blue, they did a silver version too. I think this “faded/aged” Pelham has a slightly greener Hue. Quote

Sold mine about two years ago, having decided it just wasn't the right shape for me to play comfortably, and then have spent the time since pining about it and trying to resist just buying another one. Hmm. 1 Quote
