Merton Posted December 22, 2020 Posted December 22, 2020 I was hoping no-one would spot this 😂 It’s just up the road from me (though we’re both in Tier 4, tsk) but I need to wait until I get paid to be able to splash the cash 😖 1 Quote
Booga13 Posted December 22, 2020 Posted December 22, 2020 Same here but I'm secretly glad it's been posted here and someone has bagsied it😁, I'm supposed to be getting rid of stuff not gathering more, also, I already have one and I'll probably never use that one in anger so having two would just be greedy! 2 Quote
TheGreek Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 BIN price of £275.....tempting Not for me...far too much gear.. Quote
Merton Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 Agonisingly close to being paid. I guarantee that it will have gone before I can hit the BIN button 🤣 Quote
whynot Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 Would have had it but plenty of bargains to be had in the new year I think with no major gigging due soon. Notice he's selling a TC amp as well. I used a RH750 with my old Barefaced 1x15. Nice combination. 1 Quote
Merton Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 Hopefully gonna get this reserved for collection after Christmas..... 🤞🏻 1 Quote
jazzyvee Posted December 28, 2020 Posted December 28, 2020 A friend of mine is looking for a bass rig on a limited budget for reggae and im thinking of showing her this one. She plays a 5 string so i to enable me to asses it based on my own bf cabs i wonder if anyone has first hand knowledge how this cab would compare to a BB2 or BTII? Sonically, does it sit between the two soundwise or is it less powerful than the BB2. thanks Quote

It’s a great cab and for reggae would be perfect as it’ll take all the bass she can throw at it. I was hoping to buy the cab yesterday but have had to hold fire for various reasons so I’d say go for it! Quote
TheGreek Posted December 28, 2020 Posted December 28, 2020 Anybody want it on the "never never"? £275.00 From £13 per month for 24 months Quote

I don't think there's much difference in volume but the BB2 would be more detailed sounding. The Compact is a superb cab and very suitable for reggae. Plus, they are a total bargain these days. nikon F Posted December 30, 2020 Posted December 30, 2020 good sounding lightweight cab for only £250 . luverly Quote
Jonesy Posted December 30, 2020 Posted December 30, 2020 I have 2 and they're fantastic cabs. The best bit is when you pretend they're really heavy and ask your band mates to give you a hand with em. 1 Quote
