Garageband download?

Hi, I’m looking for a download link for an old version of GarageBand - my OS is High Sierra, and the only version on the Apple website is for 10.15 and above. Does anyone know of a download link for an old version that’s compatible with my ageing MacBook Pro?

Usually I’d run Protools; but due to lockdown I’m working with new musicians who are all on GB and it would just be easier to import the project instead of getting the guys to export stems etc...

if you go to the app store and download it, it should ask you if you want the older version to suit your operating system ? (High sierra)

Edit, that might not be true, sorry , but have you tried to download from the app store?

Thanks, I wasn't sure but I think this is what you got me to do and it's worked great on my  2007 iMac running el capitan.

Thanks BCers, I managed to download everything last night. I’d tried this before, but the updates that GB does after the installation always failed.

it seemed to work last night though, so happy days.
