GrooveTubeBass Posted January 26, 2021 Share Posted January 26, 2021 Bernard Edwards ripping it up on Chics "Everybody Dance". Played on my old Musicman Stingray - strings are a bit bright! Edwards used his thumb like a pick to get that nice percussive sound, I can't, so. I'm using a double thumb technique to mimic his style. My transcription is attached below.
