GuyR Posted May 13, 2024 Posted May 13, 2024 Yesterday 9pm on Together TV channel 136 on Virgin “Swinging London session musicians”, a one-hour treasure trove of characters and anecdotes, replete with atmosphere and with significant input from the wonderful Mo Foster. Very highly recommended. 2 Quote

Was on Freeview channel 83 here - worth keeping an eye open for it as these channels often seem to re show stuff at random times. Quote

steantval Posted June 21, 2024 Posted June 21, 2024 Really looking forward to Crowded House, always really liked the band, sadly very disappointed with this performance, musically it was ok, unfortunately Neil Finns vocals were flat and pretty dreadful, turned off after three songs. Another one of my favourite bands that are now well past their best, I was surprised Neil Finn is only 66, not particularly old and appears to be struggling vocally, it just highlights the high level the vocals and harmonies were when the band were in top form. Couldn’t work out if they were a proper group or a Bad News type pisstake. Come to that, I still can’t…😂 1 Quote
