This is a brand new pedal and these sell for £105 new.

I got this direct from Source Audio. Initially I noticed that the treadle would slowly close and when I told them about it they just sent me a replacement pedal as it would have been too expensive for them to have it shipped back and sorted. 
 

However, I opened the pedal up today and have reseated the little plastic ring inside that holds the gear in place and that seems to have stopped it from dropping down like it was. It does occasionally move down a couple of degrees but is very minimal (see video - probably looks more than it was as I was hand-holding the camera so was wobbling).

Price reflects the above.
