I like the white one - looks really nice. If you're thinking of other options I think a white pearloid or a dark blue pearloid might work quite well. Love the blue finish on this.

I am not thinking of anything other than what is on view. I "knew" that I wanted a white one, but it came back with the original as a place holder and it seems not bad at all. Maybe I will change them depending on my outfit.

I had a 4 string one adapted by a friend. So I am afraid I am no help to you. Sorry.

That paint job is lovely, superb choice of colour. 

Personally I prefer the black scratchplate. If it was mine and I wanted white then I'd go for an aged cream or mint, but it isn't mine so ignore me. 😉

I'll have a look where I got mine from (on the burgundy SUB5). It would have been off eBay - just need to make sure you get ones with the right hole locations. I made a template to trim the pickup with a router and used this for both mine and Owens scratchplate.
