Trace Elliot / Status T-Bass 5 [SOLD] £750 Sweden

Up for sale is my Trace Elliot/Status T-Bass 5, Special Edition 1996.

Built by Status in the UK for Trace Elliot. Hardware and electronics are Status as well.

Controls are vol/vol/treb/bass, with a switch to bypass the eq. Treb and bass are cut/boost. Hyperactive pickups.

3 piece, carbon reinforced, maple neck with block inlays. Dual action truss rod. New Graph Tech nut. Alder body.

34" scale. 24 frets. 45 mm nut and 18 mm spacing at the bridge.

It plays great and sounds awsome. It's in a great condition, although not a collectors item.

It has a few small dents in the paint (not through) at the bottom and a couple in the back of the neck (hard to get to show in photo).

Hardcase included (not original).

Could be interested in a trade for a MM Stingray 4/5.

Lovely bass, I've had 4 string, 5 string (unfortunately stolen last year) and 5 string fretless versions of these and they are very easy to play. None of mine had those inlays which I think are to do with the special edition and they look great.

Agree with @binky_bass - I've seen several in Black - nowhere near as good looking as this one.

Bass (£ 750) + shipping (~ £ 50) + VAT (20 %). (750 + 50) * 1,2. About £ 960.

Perhaps a bit less. But at least here in Sweden we need to pay VAT (25 %) on the whole amount, shipping included.

If not, you're down to about £ 950. 🙂
