He was quick to respond to messages, extremely patient, and helped to sort out the shipping when ParcelFarce gave us a bit of a hard time (refusing to collect from his area of Scotland!). DPD agreed to ship the bass and it arrived today without delay in England. Very positive experience, so don't hesitate to buy or sell with Seb!
