Modulus Q5 Fretless 

Bassline pickups and Duncan 3 band active preamp 35" scale. Sounds great, has some finish cracking near the controls shown in the pics.

This is very likely updated with the pickups and the preamp, as SD was not an option in 1991. No truss rod (no need for it). My guess is that the original bridge has been upgraded, too. 17 mm spacing.
