No identified bass brand

Hi, 
Just want to know if any of you know this brand? Only thing I know is that the bass is around 15 years old.
If someone can find any info I will appreciate. Also if someone may know the price for an used one. There is some one offering it to me, I'm mostly curious but can be a rare find.

IMO if it does what you want a bass to do for $100 then it was a good deal. 

There are lots of good VFM basses available at the moment.
