Was looking for some delano pickups for my p bass which weren't shown on BDs website but saw that they did stock other delanos so emailed on the off-chance they could get hold of them. Really helpful and friendly and they did order them in and now recieved a few weeks later. Great service.

This week I ordered a set of La Bella Mustang flatwound strings from BD, which arrived super fast. The D string was totally dead and unusable (on inspection, the winding seemed compromised). I called the guys at BD who not only offered to replace the faulty string but sent an entire replacement set which arrived the next day! Above and beyond! Thank you BD

I ordered a set of LaBella flat wounds from BD and they came the next day at £10 cheaper than Amazon!
