Really helpful and friendly and they did order them in and now recieved a few weeks later. Great service. 2 Quote

The D string was totally dead and unusable (on inspection, the winding seemed compromised). I called the guys at BD who not only offered to replace the faulty string but sent an entire replacement set which arrived the next day! Above and beyond! Thank you BD 8 Quote
