three Posted February 21, 2023 Posted February 21, 2023 Just had a brilliant deal with Lee - a true gentleman and pillar of Basschat. On sending a lovely shorty to me, we had the misfortune of Parcelforce losing the bass immediately (it made it to the depot and stayed there without its labels attached for five days). A 24 hour service became a 144 hour service but Lee's rapid and tireless pursuit of the Parcelforce customer service team resulted in successful recovery/delivery. A really frustrating few days but Lee did absolutely everything possible to resolve the situation - one that was not of his making in any respect. A star, thanks Lee! Most highly recommended. 1 Quote
