phil.c60
Guy's great, as usual, but the interviewer s a bit irritating, plus her camera/mike are not in synch so it's a pita to watch. Like a band miming badly. Best listened to with the screen off. Well worth a listen.
ezbass
Just had a quick look at the title/premise and it seems he's talking about things he's talked and written about before. Is there any new stuff in there at all (I've read his book and seen him live)?
TheGreek
Same as this?? It's time for another Talkingbass podcast! Guy Pratt is a session bass legend! He’s been the touring bass player for Pink Floyd since 1987 and recorded with other pop legends such as Michael Jackson, Madonna, Bryan Ferry, Robbie Robertson and many, many more. As well as his hugely successful bass career, Guy has also dabbled in acting, he’s a stand up comic and author of the hilarious (and insightful) My Bass & Other Animals. This interview is absolutely hilarious as Guy talks to Ellen O'Reilly, leading you through some of the great anecdotes from his career while providing an insight into how he came to be a first call session musician for so many great acts. We'll be having a premiere as usual so join me there or just follow the link at any time to watch the standard Youtube video. Premiere Times: UK 8 pm East Coast USA: 3pm West Coast USA: 12pm Watch The Video Here Enjoy! Mark
Graulges
Yep that's the one I came across it on YouTube and it was only 11 hours old (it said) so I thought it might be of interest to some people on here.
