Denny DeGorio
Hello guys! I'm currently looking at two very distinct basses. These basses are the Epiphone Jack Casady and the Epiphone Thunderbird Vintage Pro.I really just can't decide between these two and am hoping some of y'all might tell me what you think. Which would you choose and why? Edited April 7, 2021 by Denny DeGorio
Teyeplayer
Haven’t tried both so can’t compare. However, I recently tried a mate’s Jack Cassidy. Lovely thing, great tone and played really well. One is now on my shortlist of future purchases. Sorry I can’t be more specific!
gjones
I've played the Thunderbird, it had a BIG sound, which was very round and bassy, and I really liked it. The neck felt really long. It was a weird optical illusion, due to the fact I'm used to basses with upper horns and the Thunderbird doesn't have one.
