Well I'm not quite sure what to make of this, and neither was the bloke with a plywood bass, some random wood stains and a box full of furnishing studs.

He's a regular seller on eBay and in the past advertised some nice gear - including a thru neck Spector NS2000.

That laminated front's really unusal & eye-catching - why the hell would someone wreck it by banging a load of drawing pins into it?

I wasn't sure if it was laminated or if the owner had masked and stained stripes on it. The edges do look a too neat for staining though.
