I recently picked this up for friend who decided they didn't want to play acoustic so I'm lumbered with it! 

Works a treat, action is nice and low, battery is fresh, strings have plenty of zing in them, looks decent, good condition etc etc. 

After a mere £40, seems fair for a decent, fully working, low action Electro-Acoustic! 

Collection from Basildon, Essex. Or I can post for an extra £15, though as I don't have a hard case this would have to be at your risk (I'll pack it up as best I can!)
