Strings Direct Customer Service.

First I want to state that I have no affiliation with them whatsoever....

I just believe that when you receive over and above customer care service, then shops etc, deserve positive feedback. Paul at Strings Direct today in dealing with me, was a credit to the shop, and if you're reading this mate, I just want to say a big thank you again.

After my experience with them today, I can't recommend them enough.

Definitely had great customer service from Strings Direct many times. Fast shipping times as standard, plus they were always quick to respond to email enquiries. And they always had a great choice of strings on offer. Consistently decent in my experience 👍

I recently got a DR high C single and Phil from strings direct was extremely kind and helpful, and was about to make the request to DR for me before finding a random one in their old stock and giving me the choice to buy it for a good price. Im definitely gonna be buying all my strings from them (only about two sets a year tho lol).

Yep. They're my string supplier of choice. 

Back in the day,  they used to just let me into the stock room for a rummage through the strings..

Even though the store has expanded and changed, its still a good place. Never bought anything from them online,  though.
