Identify these strings please

Recommended Posts

Rotosound have brass balls and straight silk following the wrapping especially on ball end and are more blue than turquoise :

Alembic have chrome balls and more thick silk and really turquoise :

So definitely Alembic CX-3 as shown on the two above photos taken right now with a correct colour balance.

These are nickel strings with pressure wound technology that makes them feel softer to the touch and pliant as you said @MoJo.

They also have a tendency to rust very quickly without affecting the tone, which is quite balanced : really good strings.
