GB Spitfire 4 String *Price Drop, Now £1900* - *SOLD*
£2000
Chatham, Kent

Recommended Posts

Blue burst GB Spitfire with some prism sparkle overblown, gorgeous birdseye maple neck and blue side leds.

Recent setup from Mr Goodfellow himself. It's in excellent condition and comes with full Hiscox hard case.

I live in Chatham, Kent and collection is preferred (observing social distancing and mask guidelines) or can deliver locally.

Alternatively meet up could be arranged if not too far with some contribution for fuel.

Lovely looking bass @sgh. What’s the neck spec?

It's an Ash body, Fingerboard is a lovely Birdseye Maple and so is the back of the neck. Let me know if you want anymore photos.

It's very comfortable to play and a flat, fairly shallow neck. I spoke to Bernie Goodfellow just now and he reminded me that if there is a new owner he will always look after the bass, no question.

Nice to know it’s fairly shallow. Do you know what the nut width and weight is?

Nut width is about 41mm and weight is (I did the scientific method of weighing me with and without!) 9.6lbs

Could have been an option but already have another bass lined up

I’d love this GB, but I’ve spent so much recently, Mrs T would cut my gigglestick off with a rusty blade if this arrived…
