Too loud

I've been wondering, if they're playing a Tele, would that make that less likely?8115011706_8b39dca95a_b.jpg

Depends on style of music, given that 3 pieces can sound empty especially in solos I’d prefer a humbucker equipped guitar rather than one with single coils.

And yes, the answer to what are they playing is in general “too loud”.

Ok. Or herself. I was commenting on a three-piece I was in with a guitarist who regularly had his hand in his undercrackers 'rearranging' himself.

95% of the guitarists I play with in 3 piece bands use Fenders, mostly Strats. The other 5% play a Gibson of some sort.

A 3 piece needs a focus so I'm happy playing with "look at me" guitarists. Even so, most of them are way, way too loud.

What proportion of them leave more holes in the texture than they realise? And is it nice having the task of filling them in?
