Birkir
Hi! Stumbled upon this picture at home, taken in the 70s. Looks like a Hiwatt head and I'm thinking Fender cabs but the lower one is so wide? Any ideas?
Bill Fitzmaurice
Looks like Fender cabs, but the bottom would have to be a 4x15 to be that large, and Fender never made one. Marshall did, but they didn't look like that.

Bill Fitzmaurice
It doesn't have the trim that the Traynor did. https://reverb.com/item/6168701-traynor-yc-810-big-b-8x10-cabinet-1971-pickup-only It's also too wide to be an Ampeg V9.
casapete
Fender did do some pretty large ‘unusual’ cabs, like a 3x12 so maybe something like that? The width of the cab in the picture though seems pretty odd. Maybe could just be a home made / custom built job that someone used Fender grille cloth on? JottoSW1
Looks like the Bassman 4 X 12 we were discussing on another thread. Will measure it .
Bill Fitzmaurice
Using the Ric bass as a guide that cab is around 50 inches high, and maybe 40 inches wide. The Bassman 100 4x12 was 40 inches high, 30 inches wide.
AndyTravis
Did anyone do a 4x15?!

Don't think they lasted long in production though, seem to remember Lemmy using them.
Birkir
It seems to be bigger than the Marshall 4x15. Might as well be something homemade but I doubt it. I found the owner of the Rick, best if I ask him about this.
BassmanPaul
The top cab is certainly blocking the amps's cooling vents!
