This started out as a cute little musicmaster bass (early version with small tuners), but it looks like the owner wanted it to look more like a big-boy's bass crossed with a strat so reshaped the body & headstock, changed out the hardware and added pickups etc

I just saw this. Interesting. In fairness, the person isn't trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes but it's a mongrel for sure.

I may need psychiatric help, but I kind of like it (not enough to buy it though). Bit cheeky calling it "Fender bass guitar".

The tuners are probably worth a few quid, not sure there's much else that's salvagable though

Why can't people be honest in their listings?

This is titled "Fender bass guitar" and then in the description it says "I believe is a Korean copy".

Yeah it was never a fender, only had their tuners. The only brand name evident so bit rich calling it a fender. Looks a bit of a dog.
