Sight Reading Trainer app. Has it been renamed or removed from the appstore?

I had an app on my ipad called "Sight Reading Trainer" and it was ace. I've recently upgraded my ipad and I can't find the app in the store anymore.

Does anyone know if it has just been renamed, or if it is gone forever? It doesn't show up in my 'past downloads' list anymore.

I really liked using it. It would show a couple of staves worth of music to sight read and then play it back to me so I could hear how it was supposed to sound like.

 

Any ideas? Or for a replacement if the app isn't about any more. ta.
