Drewpalin1
Hi guys i am looking at downsizing my amp for ease when gigging. I am looking at the OrigiAL 300 Kickback amps, however I can’t find whether the power rating is RMS or peak (been conned by this before, had a 250w Ampeg which turned out to be peak so blew the amp after a few gigs). any help would be appreciated. thanks. BassBunny
Ashdown usually quote RMS figures. No doubt someone will be along soon to confirm. That said the Original 300bis bloody loud. @Ashdown Engineering

Dan Dare
Ashdown are good like that. They don't inflate power outputs. In my experience, their stuff always gives a good account of itself. 1

Pity as he was a really helpful guy so hopefully they have replaced him. To the op. If you don`t get an answer, e mail them at [email protected] Best service in the industry I reckon.
