£2600! You could get a brand new Series 1 with crescent inlays, the best lunch in Birmingham and a lock of John Diggins hair for that. Of course if someone wants to pay that...................they're mad.

Wow, I had this exact same bass (white and all) and sold it 6 years ago for something like £1200. Prices for Jaydees have gone up, but not that much. JD has his prices online, so it should be obvious that this is pretty steep. I'd love to own this same bass again, but I'll go back to JD for a custom build for that price.

That is almost exactly how I'd have a Jaydee built. Unfortunately unless John could get the weight down to about 7.5 or 8 lbs (highly unlikely) I can't see another Jaydee in my future.
