As a user of Amplitube 4 which I got for free, and upgraded to Amplitube 5 for free and got the SVT bass suite for free, I spent $25 dollars on a Fender package which is the only money I've spend with them in around a year of using their kit.  I find the installation process tiresome and confusing and had some problems getting it to work.  I contacted online support and they responded in less than an hour explaining how to fix the problem.

 

Yesterday I saw that I'd been given a free amp but couldn't see how to access it and there was nothing on the FAQs so I contacted them.  Again they responded in minutes.   I'm not sure where the support team is based but even though they are overseas the instructions both times were very clear.   Amplitube may not be everyone's choice but there's a good few companies who could lean a thing or two from their costumer support.
