Old Horse Murphy Posted August 9, 2021 Posted August 9, 2021 These new Stingrays are awesome basses and that TC looks amazing. If I were going to buy a new Ray that's definitely the spec I'd go for. 1 Quote

Congrats, this looks great. 🤩 I have the long-scale version (also natural finish but black hardware), but your wood grain looks soooo much nicer. I am jealous 😉 Enjoy 👍 1 Quote
Bunion Posted January 21, 2022 Posted January 21, 2022 Beautiful basses and I’d love one but alas I have too many already. The GAS is bad but the will is holding 🤣😂 1 Quote

Bunion Posted January 21, 2022 Posted January 21, 2022 😄 I have enough gear to start a band hire company… It’s time to thin the herd! 1 Quote

Would save me lots of money, renting a bass instead of buying one. Maybe a kind of subscription service. You get 1 bass sent to you to use for a month and then you return it and get another one. I think that's how Netflix started out. They would send you DVD's in the mail and you would then send them back and get another one. Something like that, well, too long ago and my memory is not the best anymore, cannot even remember when I bought my last bass. Probably a long time ago, ok I need a new one 😉 Quote
Bunion Posted January 21, 2022 Posted January 21, 2022 I mentioned this a few weeks ago, starting a bass chat library or bass club. Maybe it should become a thing with trusted members. you borrow my Wal valued at 3.5k I borrow your fodera. You borrow my modulus Fu I borrow your 72 precision. or we all put £100 in and buy a pool bass we can all try then resell it and purchase another. The problem I see is if something is damaged. maybe it could work though I’ll give it some thought Quote
