Yamaha BB1100s - SOLD £325 Near Glossop, Derbyshire

For sale is my BB1100s. Made in Taiwan. It's either 87 or 97, I'd lean towards 87, but I'm no expert! 

 

It's been gigged with some enthusiasm, but still is 100% operational. Comes with hard case. 

 

Sounds great on either pickup, classic tones out of the P and I'd say a strong J pickup even when soloed. I got some good tones to play Tim Commerford lines when in active mode, that I will miss. 

 

Reason for sale is that I much prefer volume controls instead of switch for pickup selection, so it is not getting used. I'm getting some funds together to buy another Yamaha from the new series. 

 

Will courier at buyers expense.

Yes Andy, build quality is top notch 😁These are solid basses.

I also meant to say the neck is more Fender P like than last few series, so somewhat wider. It's very playable though.
