I must admit, I am awfully tempted by this beauty. Can you give me a run-down of the electronics? Roughly whereabouts are you based? I would very much like to try before I buy if its feasible to do so. I've never actually played an OW before so I am only going off its legendary reputation.

I believe that they are 2 humbuckers. Volume/Pan/Treble/Mid/Bass. I am in Bangor, North Wales.

This is a beauty! Love some Wenge I do. 
As a 35” scale Yamaha owner and not particularly long arms I’m amazed I didn’t notice any difference from all my 34”ers. 
It’s all in the build and layout ....... or my head.

I also had one of these from around the same time..... utterly sublime. That and the Kinal MK-5 are the two basses, from the many, I wish I still had. Beautiful instrument.
