Love the carillon cover : excellent.

 

The harp one shows that Lemmy was a real good songwriter and it's an interesting cover too.

 

The Compressorhead cover is so bland and emotionless...

The Ace Of Spades is one song which is best left alone. No one could ever match the original. Lemmy's vocals and bass were just perfect for the song.

Our local punk band, Far Cue do a pretty decent cover. Last time I saw them play it the drummer/singer was wearing hot pants and a boob tube with "stop looking at my tits" written on it. You may think she can wear what she wants but it's a bloke in his mid 50's

That may be the first time I've heard church bells that weren’t jarringly out of tune with each other.

Basically a straight cover, but good fun, and much better than I expected. I found this on youtube a few days ago - Vice Squad, who are a bit more metal these days it seems.

The drummer certainly seems to be enjoying herself.

They played our local punk festival a couple years ago and were excellent. Best band of the night.

Carillon bells are always fine tuned, as they are intended to play music, which is absolutely not the case with church bells as they are only intended to announce hours, events and ceremonies... So no need to be tuned to make noise.

The ad itself had video of the performance too - IIRC.
