Sorry to hear of Martin’s passing. Never met him, probably traded with him and always loved his occasional ‘off the wall’ posts.

Very sad news indeed. Thanks for letting us know @ped. Please pass on my heartfelt condolences to the family of the legend that was MB1. 😢

I traded with Martin on a couple of occasions - always friendly and honest transactions.

Sad loss to the forum - a greater loss, I'm sure, to friends and family.

RIP sir...

Sad news. Met Martin a couple of times, once in a dark corner of an M62 car park we both laughed about. Lovely bloke taken too soon.

RIP Martin.

Very sad news. RIP MB1.

We did a deal once, and his feedback for me was as expected. Just re-read it, and it still makes me laugh! Brilliant.

Basschat legend indeed.

I'm really sorry to hear this . MB1  was one of my favourite basschatters .
I loved his dry sense of humour , and even when bumping one or 2 basses I sold here he did it with his usual wit.

Shame I never met him , but RIP MB1 😾

It must have been very hard for you to have had to announce the sad news Ped ,and like yourself he was a great mod on here also .
Sad to hear ...
