Tait
My "not quite" jazz basses. They are: Fender Mark Hoppus Jazz Bass (surf green) Fender Flea Active Jazz Bass (satin shell pink)
TheGreek
Love this colour... Don't these normally come with a Maple board though?

At least, I've never seen a Fender Mark Hoppus with maple board. Would be nice though!

That's one of the original early-to-mid-00s Mark Hoppus signatures, and they all came with a rosewood fretboard. They were available in Surf Green (above), Daphne Blue, and Shell Pink. They did a revised version a few years later that had the pickup reversed, and had the truss rod adjustment at the need rather than the headstock. I'm sure they were all rosewood fretboard as well. Yep, and they also did the original version in black or white too (although I think those were released slightly later than the green/blue/pink, but still had the same truss rod and pickup placement as the originals). The later version had some really nice colours too, I'm particularly a fan of the transparent white with tort pickguard.
horrorshowbass
How's the Flea treating you? Really want one. Looks like pickup is slightly closer to the neck than a Stingray?
