Rotosound RS88LD strings - 2x d strings, no G

Bought some Rotos tapewounds (65/75/100/115) a while back - didn't actually open them till yesterday when I put them on my new Yamaha BBG5S.

 

I didn't play the bass till today when I noticed the D/G are the same. Didn't notice when restringing the bass.

 

I've emailed Rotosound asking for a "replacement" G string.

 

Anybody else had a similar experience? In all my time playing I've never encountered this.

Got a set of D’addarios with no E string. They suggested I contact the retailer, which was Stringbusters who went belly up the week after I bought the strings. D’addario promptly sent me two free sets of strings.
