P bass pickup covers ears too big, can anyone link me to some with smaller ears? thank you

Hi all

Have brought some P bass pickup covers to replace some tatty looking ones on a bass, the original pickup covers are Seymour duncan , anyway I received them and the pickup ears are too big and not only are they too big to fit the pickguard they dont even fit the pickup route (pic below showing the size difference) can anyone reccomend some pickup covers with small ears? thank you
