I know there's not a lot of love for these here, but after a lot of dithering, I've finally got myself a nice vintage style Precision, a Nash PB63 with Lollar pups. Popped it's cherry last night at rehearsal, and it's definitely a goer. Sounds like a P should (first thing I did was put Labella flats on), and plays very nicely indeed. Neck is spot on for me, very comfortable. So much better than the '78 US P I had in the 90s. It's well built, the tone pot is superb, but I have to say the relic finish isn't as convincing as on my Custom Shop 60 Jazz. Very happy with it so far though.

Tell me more.

Why do they get no love. I'm thinking about a Nash for a future purchase.

Just an observation from other Nash threads on BC. They seem to be held in higher regard in the US though. Whatever, it's a very good P, plays and sounds great, and I like it a lot.
