It's a James Brown Production, however it has totally different vibe than most of the tracks James did with Bootsy.

Jeeez! - OK, doesn't sound particularly remarkable by modern standards, but it's 1969 and he's 18 years old.

His phrasing and style was so way ahead of the general game at that time, a pointer to the future.
