Expand I never mentioned the need for hybrid car, just a car that it's ULEZ compliant, ie no extra charges to drive into London or any other town that decides to jump on the band wagon. For a diesel it's mostly cars from 2015 onwards. The Rav4 is quite big, just not the luggage space. The Skoda octavia seems to be quite a popular car being mentioned. Quote
