Why was clicking on a notification taking me away from the forum?

When I was trying to click on this notification

 

 

I was taken to this screen, three times in a row.

It's not behaviour I would expect to see!  Question is...is it you or is it us?  If it's us, I'd expect to see more than just one member having issues but that isn't necessarily cut and dried.  Do you get the same thing happening with different browsers?

I've only got Chrome on my Samsung phone. It was when the notification was still in bold. After the third time I took the screenshot and then clicked on something else at random. From then on, the issue vanished.

Weird...I guess we'll never know...!  Perhaps you could name your phone the Twilight Zone.

I was hoping you were going to say, the site is maintained by that company. Oh well. Perhaps I've got spyware on my phone 😕
