Andy Morgan Posted September 16, 2021 Posted September 16, 2021 Played for 30 years, self-taught mainly finger style, some pick, not slap (I'm rubbish at it). Prefer rock but will play anything. Played live when I lived in England, covers bands, but only a rock god at home these days! Bit out of touch for a few years. Just here to chat & get back up to speed with bass talk, really. Cheers all Andy Quote

ezbass Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 Welcome from another north of the border BCer, there are a good number of us (although I’ve only been here 10 months). 1 Quote
Bassassin Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 Not wanting to be left out of the Scottish BCer pile-on (I'm in West Lothian) - hi Andy and welcome to BC! And if your profile pic's anything to go on, welcome to another orange Ibanez EDA owner! 4 Quote

I love the plasticky smell when you open the case. Always wondered if I should've gone for the 4 instead of the 5. 1 Quote

Others - not so much, the poor EDA was the opening salvo in the recent 'Ugly Basses' thread! Had mine for years and it still smells of plastic! 1 Quote

xgsjx Posted September 22, 2021 Posted September 22, 2021 Hi Andy, another one here from north of the border. About 15 mins away from you. I play an Ibby too, but it's a SDGR. 1 Quote
