Fuse holder for Aguilar DB680 preamp.

Hi Basschatters, I’m after the screw-in fuse holder that sits around the rear of this amazing preamp.

Its used to keep a 1.5 amp slo-blo fuse in place. I think my ex unscrewed it and through it away !

Any help would be great because I can’t find the blooming thing for love nor money.
